Personalised programmes are always built to match your individual needs and lifestyle. My expertise is within weight management, energy levels, gut issues, hormonal issues, emotional eating, stress management, and finding peace with food.

Each client as a whole

I focus on each client as a whole, taking into account their individual starting points. In addition to nutrition, I also look at other aspects of wellbeing, such as exercise, sleep, stress, daily rhythm, eating habits and social relationships. If you are looking for someone that really listens to your concerns and helps you find the root cause  we could be a fit.

Do you feel overwhelmed about where to start your health journey? I commit to offer approaches and solutions that are easy to implement in everyday life. I do not diagnose illnesses, I work closely with doctors and other specialists, which allows me to provide comprehensive and individualised help. I

work with a big heart, my aim is to build health with a systematic but gentle approach.

Establish your goals and wishes

We start with a 20 min discovery call. A free call where we briefly discuss your health history, establish your goals and wishes and decide the best action and package to take. During the call we will also book your first appointment.

I work with 3 sessions or 6 sessions -packages. With some clients, the joint journey will extend beyond this if required. My aim is to create lasting changes in eating behaviour, eating habits and health promotion, and together create a lasting new lifestyle.

Packages

The package prices I implement are as follows:

  • The Wellbeing Package 3 sessions: 470 € (first appointment 90 min, follow-ups 50 min)
  • The Wellbeing Package 6 sessions: 770 € (first session 90 min,  follow-ups 50 min).
  • Hormone balancing program 3 session: 470 € (first appointment 90 min, follow-ups 50 min)

My programs include ongoing recommendations and resources.

Ideas for Lagom's expert work have been drawn from previous experience in consulting and change management.
